Vince and the team showed up prepped, understood the brief on the first call, and didn't need us to babysit the shoot day, which matters when you're pulling product managers and reps off their day jobs to get on camera. Turnaround on edits was quick and the final cuts landed the way we needed them for trade show and dealer-facing use.
