The Challenge
When Whirlpool needed to connect teams across multiple regions for their 2024 & 2025 Global Kickoff, they turned to us at JV Studios. The streaming event was designed as a hybrid broadcast, blending in-person presentations with remote attendees from across North America.
The event was held at Whirlpool Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
The Execution
Through our partnership with AVP, we delivered a comprehensive setup with everything from I-MAG screens and stage lighting to confidence monitors and extended TV monitors.
Our team managed and controlled all camera equipment, conducted rehearsals, and ensured all gear was functioning correctly and ready to roll.
The Results
The live stream attracted over 10,000 participants, delivering a consistent on-brand experience that enhanced internal engagement and increased executive visibility. Whirlpool’s leadership praised the quality of this live stream and how well the visuals supported their brand message.
